简介：　　伊武月子（田中美佐子）曾经拥有一个幸福的童年，在父亲因交通事故身亡后她被母亲带到了新的家庭，并有了一个新弟弟小守（ 冈本健一）。脾气暴躁的继父总是拿她俩当出气筒，在一次保护小守的过程中，月子被继父用刀划伤胸口，当晚她和小守被喂下安眠药，装在睡袋里丢在了河边的无人绿地。从十九年前的那一刻起，两人就相依为命四处漂泊。一次阴差阳错之下，月子和小守犯下了错误，并秘密生下了一个孩子。
　　不堪忍受这种关系，月子逃到东京当了一名护士。但为了不务正业负债累累的小守，依旧过着艰辛的日子。某日，当红女明星桑原阳子（田中美佐子）从片场的楼梯跌落，被送到月子所在的医院抢救，一直处于昏迷状态。焦急的事务所社长内海（市毛良枝）和制片人山岸（近藤正臣）发现月子长得和阳子几乎一模一样，立刻决定游说月子假扮阳子拍摄完电影。看到了一点从自己那暗无天日的世界中逃离的希望，月子再三犹豫答应了两人的要求。以阳子身份重生的月子踏入了新的世界，她一边要应付阳子身边各路人马的怀疑和试探，一边要躲避疯狂找寻自己的小守，每日心力交瘁。而此时真正的阳子却在医院病房悄然苏醒。内海和山岸的面庞也突然变得毛骨悚然起来。
